BILLY JOEL, SANDRA BERNHARD, WYNTON MARSALIS are just a few of the Advisory Board for TOC - an organization run by RONEN SEGEV, the brilliant classical pianist. They organize classic concerts in unusual settings - clubs, lobbies, outdoors, restaurants - to give everyone a chance to hear great music for less cost. At their fundraiser this week, BOBBY MCFERRIN and his family entertained. He wrote the song BE HAPPY, DON'T WORRY. ANN HECHE wasn't feeling so well at the recent press conference of BIRTH, STARRING NICOLE KIDMAN. I hope she is feeling better this week. Should be a good movie. If you are interested in art go to the SOCIETY OF ILLUSTRATORS for a silent auction for their scholarship fund on Friday December 3, 5-8 pm There will be alot of interesting items. Their address is 128 East63 Street. |
